In Time Yoga - a vision for everyone, a vision for now!


My name is Lilyana Heimberg and I created In Time Yoga in January of 2008 with the vision to encourage people, on and off the mat, to live in the now and to be happy in this very moment in time. With each class or private lesson I teach, I hope to inspire you to quiet the constant voice in your head that is always reminding you of what “needs to be done” so you can live in the moment.

This doesn’t mean that you should forget about your responsibilities in the world and stop being a productive member of society-- I encourage you take one thing at a time, and be content with yourself and the world around you.

Yoga is equanimity, the union of the mind, body and spirit. They are one in the same and it is essential that we acknowledge when they are disconnected and do what we can to reunite the aspects of our being. In yoga and in life, we use the framework of the body and breath to have human experiences and to connect with the only thing that is truly real- the present moment.
